Our target groups
- We develop integration programmes and offer qualifications, focusing particularly on working with adolescents and partens helping them to gain foothold as apprentices and on the job market. All this is done in close cooperation with migrant organisations.
- We support migrants with an academic background, thus enabling them to start or continue studying at a German university.
- We give advice regarding degrees and qualifications obtained abroad and help individuals find an appropriate job.
- We open up perspectives for young migrants in society and the professional sector.
- We establish networks for immigrants, entrepreneurs with and without a migrant background, and local business partners to promote the idea of dual apprenticeships.
- We conduct projects that support the social acceptance of migrants, reduce xenophobia and obviate radicalisation.
- We offer qualifications for young people in Middle and Eastern European countries who commit themselves to working with German minorities.
